Customized team jerseys typically take 10-14 business days for production before they are shipped via your selected delivery method.
What is your return policy on hockey sticks and skates?
Unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Please note that once a stick has been taped or a skate has been sharpened, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer professional skate sharpening services?
Yes, we offer professional precision sharpening at our physical retail locations. For online orders, skates are shipped with a factory edge and may require sharpening before their first use.
How do I determine the correct size for protective gear?
We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. We recommend measuring your height, weight, and specific limb lengths as indicated in our 'Fit Guide' to ensure maximum protection.
Do you ship hockey equipment internationally?
Currently, USA Hockey Shop ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and import duties for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout.
Is there a warranty on composite hockey sticks?
Most manufacturers offer a one-time 30-day limited warranty against breakage due to manufacturing defects. You must retain your original receipt to process a warranty claim.
